We Say

Although the first version of the Gyeon Q²M Smoothie performed well and was head-wearing, it never really felt soft enough for safe use on bodywork (compared to the more delicate merino wash mitts in the Gyeon line up), so we categorised it as a wheel mitt instead (for tougher washing duties). However, our opinion has now changed, as the latest version features a noticeably softer blend of microfibres. Although it's a fairly minor change, it's made us feel much more comfortable using it on bodywork, so we've now recategorised it as a standard wash mitt. Coincidentally, Gyeon have now retired all of the delicate wool-based mitts in their line up in favour of the Smoothie.

Description

The Gyeon Q²M Smoothie is a fully synthetic chemically resistant wash mitt. In order to make it completely safe for use on all exterior surfaces, a special two-component blend of microfibres has been use to create a soft, deep pile that easily rivals that of good quality lambswool. This special blend of fibres also enables the Smoothie to glide over wet exterior surfaces effortlessly with minimal drag, while a built-in sponge lining absorbs a huge amount of water to give you a longer working time on each panel, meaning you can afford to take your time and be more careful. A snug fitting elasticated cuff with a neatly embroidered Gyeon logo finishes off the design perfectly.
