We Say

The Shine Mate ERO600 is a seriously capable “workhorse” dual action polisher for anyone who wants safe, consistent correction without stepping up to a long-throw machine. Its 9mm orbit keeps the machine stable and predictable on curves and edges, making it ideal for first-time machine polishers, enthusiasts, and pros who want a dependable DA for refinement work and tighter panels.

Power and control are where it earns its reputation: the motor is rated at 600W (up to 900W max), the speed range covers 2500–6500 OPM, and the machine is designed to maintain consistent output under load. Paired with a 5" (123mm) backing plate, it suits the most common pad sizes and paint correction workflows.

How To Use

Wash, decontaminate and dry the vehicle thoroughly before polishing. Fit a suitable 5" pad to the backing plate and prime the pad with your chosen compound or polish.

Spread product at a lower speed first, then increase speed to work the abrasives. Use slow, overlapping passes with light to moderate pressure, keeping the pad flat to maintain rotation and minimise haze.

Wipe residue with a clean microfibre towel, inspect under good lighting, and adjust pad/polish choice as needed. For pads, plates and machine accessories, browse our Machine Polishers & Backing Plates section.
