Too strong a mixture can waste chemicals and potentially increase the risk of surface damage, while a solution that's too weak may struggle to deliver the cleaning performance you need. A properly marked dilution bottle makes preparing products considerably easier and more consistent.

The Koch-Chemie 1L Dilution Bottle is designed specifically for this purpose. Manufactured from durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it provides a practical solution for decanting and mixing detailing chemicals from larger containers, with printed volume markings and a dilution scale to help prepare the required solution accurately.

What we particularly like is the combination of volume and dilution markings. Rather than measuring everything separately or estimating quantities by eye, the markings provide a useful reference when preparing commonly used dilutions. This is especially convenient with concentrated all-purpose cleaners, pre-washes and other detailing chemicals that are regularly mixed at different strengths.

The one-litre capacity is another sensible choice. It's large enough to hold a useful amount of ready-to-use solution for routine detailing jobs, yet remains easy to handle around the vehicle. For enthusiasts, it reduces the need to repeatedly prepare small quantities, while professional detailers can keep multiple bottles ready for different applications.

Koch-Chemie has also opted for a standard 28/400 threaded neck, making the bottle compatible with several of its dedicated spray heads. These include the Jumbo, Double Action and Star trigger heads, allowing you to select a suitable spraying mechanism according to the chemical and application requirements.

One important point is that the bottle is supplied separately from the spray head. This is actually useful if you already have compatible Koch-Chemie triggers or want to choose a specific head for the products you're using. However, if you're building a complete spray bottle from scratch, you'll need to purchase a suitable trigger separately.

It's also worth remembering that HDPE construction doesn't automatically make a bottle suitable for every chemical. Before filling it with particularly aggressive solvents or specialist cleaning products, always check the chemical manufacturer's packaging and material compatibility recommendations. The spray head itself must also be suitable for the chosen product.

For us, this is a straightforward but well-designed workshop essential. The combination of a durable one-litre bottle, clear dilution markings and compatibility with Koch-Chemie's spray heads makes it an excellent choice for anyone regularly working with concentrated detailing products. It doesn't need to be complicated; it simply makes chemical preparation easier, more accurate and better organised.

Key Features

Capacity
1 Litre
(1000ml bottle)

Construction
HDPE
(Durable plastic)

Neck Thread
28/400
(Compatible triggers)

Description

The Koch-Chemie 1L Dilution Bottle is a premium cylindrical spray bottle designed for mixing, storing and dispensing appropriately diluted automotive detailing chemicals.

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the bottle features clearly marked volume measurements and a dilution scale, making it easier to prepare consistent cleaning solutions from concentrated products.

Its practical one-litre capacity is ideal for professional detailing environments and regular vehicle maintenance, particularly when working with products such as all-purpose cleaners, pre-washes and other dilutable chemicals.

The bottle features a 28/400 threaded neck and is specifically designed to accommodate Koch-Chemie's Jumbo, Double Action and Star spray heads.

Key benefits:
✓ Premium 1 litre HDPE cylindrical bottle
✓ Printed volume markings for easier measuring
✓ Integrated dilution scale for preparing cleaning solutions
✓ Standard 28/400 threaded neck
✓ Compatible with Koch-Chemie Jumbo spray head (999003)
✓ Compatible with Koch-Chemie Double Action spray head (999465)
✓ Compatible with Koch-Chemie Star spray head (999001)
✓ Ideal for decanting suitable concentrated detailing products

Please note: This product is supplied as a bottle only.
