Gyeon Q²M WaterSpot

We Say

Water spotting arises when hard tap water dries out on exterior surfaces, leaving visible spots of calcium carbonate behind. These spots are not only unsightly, but often very difficult to remove, particularly on unprotected surfaces and those protected with inorganic silica-based coatings (due to mineral affinity). The easiest way to remove fresh water spotting is to dissolve it by wiping down the affected surfaces with a suitable acid. Gyeon Q²M WaterSpot is the ideal product for this task, as it contains lubricating oils in addition to phosphoric acid, which means that it helps to limit the risk of inflicting fresh marring when tackling the problem.

Description

Gyeon Q²M WaterSpot is an intensive cleaner designed to safely dissolve water spotting and other hard water stains. It is especially well suited to restoring silica-based coatings that have been blighted by water spots, particularly during the initial weeks after their application when they are still curing and most susceptible to such damage. By using a mild solution of phosphoric acid and methyl alcohol, Gyeon Q²M WaterSpot removes water spots and stains quickly and easily without degrading underlying silica-based coatings. Supplementary lubricating oils ensure that Gyeon Q²M WaterSpot can be wiped off safely without inflicting fresh marring.

How To Use

Gyeon Q²M WaterSpot is a pre-diluted acid-based solution and should thus be used neat. For best results, wash and dry your car normally and then, working on small sections at a time (it is safe for use on all exterior surfaces), mist it on liberally, wait a few seconds and then wipe it off carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel. Once all of the affected surfaces are treated, wash and dry your car normally again. Note that in some cases the mineral content in water spots can etch underlying bodywork and glass, meaning that a visible stain remains once the mineral content is removed. The solution to this issue is to polish the affected surfaces.
