This new nanotechnology coating is currently selling like hotcakes, and for good reason; it's a real pleasure to use, and delivers an outstanding finish that tar struggles to stick to. This makes it an ideal choice for enthusiasts and professional detailers alike.

Wolf’s Chemicals Nano Paint Sealant is a nanotechnology coating that protects and beautifies car bodywork. It works by laying down nano-scale chemicals to form a thin, ultra reflective, glass-like coating. This coating is water hating (super hydrophobic), which causes rainfall to bead up and roll off very quickly. This extreme beading not only looks good, but also tends to pick up and carry away fresh surface contaminants. This partial self cleaning effect helps to make routine washing easier and safer as a result.

The benefits offered by Wolf’s Chemicals Nano Paint Sealant do not end with an easy to care for mirror-like finish. More importantly, the ultra tough glass-like coating also provides excellent protection against bird droppings, bug splatter, road salt and harmful UV radiation from the sun. It’s also highly resistant to pressure washing and strong detergents, meaning its likely lifespan on cars used on a daily basis is six months plus. In fact, the only thing that will easily remove it ahead of time is machine polishing!

Step 1 - ReAgent Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)

ReAgent Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) is a highly concentrated chemical cleaning agent, and in almost all cases should be diluted to an appropriate strength before use. For use on soft paint finishes and other potentially sensitive surfaces it should be diluted 4:1 (water:product), while for use on intermediate to hard paint finishes this can be decreased to 1:1 (water:product). For use on glass, ReAgent Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) can safely be used neat.

For best results, lightly mist ReAgent Isopropyl Alcohol over the work area and immediately wipe the area down using the supplied PB Super Buffing Towel. Please note that because ReAgent Isopropyl Alcohol is a chemical cleaning agent it should not be used after applying glazes, as it will strip away freshly deposited fillers and gloss enhancing oils, thus negating the glazing effect.

Step 2 - Wolf's Chemicals Nano Paint Sealant (Body Wrap)

You should apply Wolf’s Chemicals Nano Paint Sealant in a warm, dry place out of direct sunlight. In all cases, prepare the surfaces you are going to treat in the normal way, and then do a wipe down with an appropriately diluted solution of the supplied Reagent Isopropyl Alcohol to ensure everything is squeaky clean. Next, lightly wet the supplied Meguiar’s Microfibre Applicator Pad with the sealant and begin wiping it in evenly, using light pressure and overlapping strokes.

Once on, leave the sealant to cure for 15 minutes before buffing off. During this time a hazy film will gradually appear on the treated surfaces. When 15 minutes are up, buff off this film using one of the supplied Poorboy’s Deluxe Mega Towels to reveal an intense, streak-free shine. In order to get the best performance and quoted durability from the resulting finish, allow it to cure for a further 12 hours before getting wet, and simply wash it regularly with Wolf's Chemicals Nano Shampoo.

Step 3 - Wolf's Chemicals Nano QD (Reparation)

Whenever the finish requires rejuvenation, lightly mist Wolf's Chemicals Nano QD over a single panel at a time and immediately wipe the panel down to spread a thin, even film of product using one of the supplied Poorboy’s Deluxe Mega Towels. Then, refold the towel and buff the panel down carefully to fully remove the film and reveal an intense streak-free shine.

Care instructions for applicators and towels

(i) wash after each use in a washing machine at a low temperature (40 °C) using a non-biological liquid detergent (avoid soap powders and detergents containing bleach or fabric softeners); (ii) allow to dry naturally on a line or tumble dry on a cool heat setting (avoid radiators and other sources of high heat), and; (iii) store in a dry, dust-free environment whilst not in use (lidded plastic storage boxes are ideal in this respect).
