Marred ceramic nano-particle and scratch-resistant finishes can be quite difficult to correct, even if the defects are light. Why? Because such paints are physically very hard, and normal abrasive polishes are rarely robust enough to cut them properly. Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Polish solves this problem by swapping out fragile aluminium oxide particles for robust precision-milled abrasives. These work normally on harder paints without prematurely breaking down, meaning that you’ll make progress in no time at all.
Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Polish is a light cutting compound designed to remove light to moderate paint defects. It is perfect for light correction work on modern ceramic nano-particle and scratch-resistant clearcoats, and produces great results on harder conventional paint finishes too. It works by using robust, precision-milled abrasives to cut away a very thin layer of paint. Long lasting lubricants maximise its working time, while its filler-free formula ensures that defect removal is permanent rather than temporary.
You can use Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Polish by hand or machine, although for best results we recommend the latter. By hand, apply Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Polish with a Lake Country Light Cut Hand Pad. Only 1-2 pea-sized drops of product are required per 12” x 12” area. You should work it as firmly and evenly as possible until only an oily film remains. Buff off the film carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.

For best results using a dual action polisher, apply Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Polish with a Lake Country 140 mm Hydro-Tech Polishing Pad. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18” x 18” area. After spreading, work it thoroughly at 4000-5000 orbits per minute (speed 4-5 on most dual action machine polishers) until only an oily film remains. Buff off the film carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.

For best results using a rotary polisher, apply Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Polish with a Lake Country 140 mm Rotary H-T Polishing Pad. Only 1-2 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18” x 18” area. You should work it thoroughly at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute (speed 3-4 on most rotary polishers) using the zenith method until only an oily film remains. Buff off the film carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.
