Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Compound is the 800 lb gorilla in the world of car polishes. Q: What kind of paint defects will it remove? A: Any that you dare show it. It’s a super aggressive compound packed to the rafters with robust precision-milled abrasives. These work normally on the hardest ceramic nano-particle and scratch-resistant finishes without prematurely breaking down, meaning that you’ll correct the most severe defects in no time at all. A word of warning though; this product should be treated with respect. In the right hands it’s an animal that works wonders for its master, but in the wrong hands it’s a beast that will more than likely bite you. Don’t say we didn’t warn you...
Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Compound is an aggressive cutting compound designed to remove the heaviest of paint defects. It is perfect for intensive correction work on modern ceramic nano-particle and scratch-resistant clearcoats, and produces great results on harder conventional paint finishes too. It works by using robust, precision-milled abrasives to cut away a thin layer of paint. This effectively levels the paint finish, removing all visible defects and creating a flatter, more uniform finish ready for refining. Long lasting lubricants maximise its working time, while its filler-free formula ensures that defect removal is permanent rather than temporary.
You should only use Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Compound by machine. For best results using a dual action polisher, work it with a Lake Country 140 mm Hydro-Tech Cutting Pad. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18” x 18” area. After spreading, work it thoroughly at 4000-5000 orbits per minute (speed 4-5 on most dual action machine polishers) until only an oily film remains. Buff off the film carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.

For best results using a rotary polisher, you should work Wolf's Chemicals Ceramic Cut Compound using a Lake Country 140 mm Rotary H-T Cutting Pad. Only 1-2 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18” x 18” area. You should work it thoroughly at 1500-2000 revolutions per minute (speed 3-4 on most rotary polishers) using the zenith method until only an oily film remains. Buff off the film carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.
