In our opinion, Werkstat Auto Body Wash is one of the best shampoos currently on the market and offers a level of performance that other shampoos struggle to match. Massively lubricated and very sudsy, it allows your wash mitt to glide effortlessly over underlying surfaces as you wash your car. The high lubricity of the formula also improves sheeting when rinsing off, making drying quicker and easier than ever before. Whilst absolutely the best choice for washing and maintaining the finishes produced by Werkstat Acrylic Jett Trigger and Werkstat Carnauba Jett, it can also safely be used on surfaces protected with any of the other sealants and waxes we offer in our store.

While often overshadowed by the more glamorous sealants and waxes of the detailing world, the car shampoo is quite possibly the single most important product you use on your car. A car shampoo needs to be sufficiently slick to allow your wash mitt to glide easily over exterior surfaces and also needs to emulsify and encapsulate dirt particles safely and effectively so that they can be wiped away without marring underlying surfaces. A car shampoo should also be gentle enough not to strip away existing layers of sealant or wax protection. Werkstat Auto Body Wash was formulated with these requirements in mind, using only the finest ingredients from the cosmetics and surfactants industries, and the result is a level of performance that other shampoos simply cannot match.

For best results, use at a dilution rate of 260:1 (water:product), which equates to 50 ml in a PB Clear Wash Bucket (each bottle contains enough shampoo for approximately 20 washes). Simply add the correct amount of shampoo to your suds bucket and then fill rapidly to the top with warm tap water. If your water pressure is low and relatively few suds are produced, blast some cold water into the bucket with your hose – this will quickly generate more suds.
