Swissvax Nitro

Swissvax Nitro is an entry level wax from Swissvax designed specifically for old cars with nitrocellulose paint systems, and effectively prevents such finishes from chalking when they are washed. Like the other entry level waxes in the Swissvax range, Swissvax Nitro delivers a finish characterised by intense richness, amazing water beading and a liquid-like level of glossiness, but has relatively limited durability due to the limited carnauba content.

Swissvax Nitro is a special entry level wax from Swissvax blended specifically for use with old nitrocellulose paint systems. Containing 30% pure Brazilian No.1 carnauba by volume, this wax produces a rich, streak-free, high gloss finish with excellent water beading, and prevents the nitrocellulose chalking when it is washed. However, this formulation is not resistant to road salt and is therefore not recommended for use during the winter months.

Swissvax Nitro should only be applied by hand. For best results, it should be applied to freshly cleansed paint three to four panels at a time and as thinly and evenly as possible using a Swissvax Wax Applicator. The resulting film should then be buffed off within a few minutes of application using a Swissvax Micro Fluffy Towel; there is absolutely no need to allow the film to dry fully before it is removed.
