SCHOLL Concepts S30+ is one of the most regularly used finishing polishes in professional circles. Why? Because its cut and gloss characteristics make it ideal for removing wash marring and faint swirl marks on all paint types, and its filler-free formula also makes it a great choice for refining out machine holograms after heavy compounding. Add in to the equation the fact that it's easy to use, generates virtually no dust and produces a sharp, highly reflective finish that's perfectly suited to receiving today's state of the art nanotechnology coatings, and it soon becomes clear that SCHOLL Concepts S30+ more than deserves its place in our store.
SCHOLL Concepts S30+ is a fine abrasive polish designed to remove minor paint defects, such as wash marring and faint swirl marks, from modern ceramic nano-particle and scratch-resistant clearcoats (although it also produces great results on conventional paint finishes too). It also nips out machine holograms with ease, making it a good choice of finishing polish for use after rotary compounding. It works by using intelligent Powder Technology (iPT) abrasives to burnish painted surfaces to perfection. Advanced lubricants extend its working time, while its filler-free formula ensures that defect removal is permanent rather than temporary.
You can use SCHOLL Concepts S30+ by hand or machine, although for best results we recommend the latter. By hand, apply SCHOLL Concepts S30+ with a SCHOLL Concepts Polishing Puck. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 12" x 12" area. You should work it as firmly and evenly as possible until only a thin residue remains. Buff off the residue carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.
For best results using a dual action polisher, you should work SCHOLL Concepts S30+ with either a SCHOLL Concepts 135 mm Spider Finishing Pad or a SCHOLL Concepts 135 mm Premium Finishing Pad. Once the pad is well primed, only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18" x 18" area. After spreading, work it thoroughly at 4000-5000 orbits per minute (speed 4-5 on most dual action machine polishers), applying moderate pressure for the first 90 seconds or so, and then progressively lighter pressure for a further 90 seconds. Once done, buff off the final residue carefully using a PB Super Buffing Towel.
