Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel your order you should notify us by sending an e-mail to the address given above before we dispatch the goods to you. If the goods have already been dispatched, you can still cancel your order by returning the goods to us within ten working days of receipt for a full refund, providing that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Please note that in such cases the full cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you. All goods should be returned to us at the address given below. You should use an insured delivery service and obtain proof of posting, in case of loss or damage during transit to us. Upon receipt of the goods we will issue you with a full refund, subject to the provisions outlined above. We accept no liability for goods returned to us in any other condition or in any other circumstances.
