If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by sending an e-mail to the address given below before we dispatch the goods to you.

If the goods have already been dispatched to you, you can cancel your order by returning the goods to us in accordance with the conditions given below.
You can return any goods you have purchased from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the goods, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
If you wish to return any goods to us, you must notify us by sending an e-mail to the address given above with details of the goods to be returned and the original invoice number. All goods should be returned to us at the address given below. You should use an insured delivery service and obtain proof of posting, in case of loss or damage during transit to us. Upon receipt of the goods we will issue you with a refund of the cost of the goods, subject to the provisions outlined above. We accept no liability for goods returned to us in any other condition or in any other circumstances.
