Poorboy's Clay Bar comprises a hefty coarse-grade, coarse-textured clay bar, which makes it ideal for professional detailers and keen enthusiasts alike. Safe for use on all painted and glass surfaces, it is highly effective at removing firmly bonded surface contaminants such as industrial fallout, metal filings and brake dust, and leaves surfaces feeling perfectly smooth to the touch. Its high abrasive strength makes it ideal for more demanding decontamination duties, but can cause minor surface marring even when it is used very carefully. Because of this, we recommend that Poorboy's Clay Bar is only ever used when a subsequent machine polishing step is planned.

Poorboy's Clay Bar has a high level of abrasive strength that makes it extremely effective at abrading away all stubbornly bonded surface contaminants, which leaves treated surfaces feeling perfectly smooth in readiness for polishing or the addition of sealant or wax protection.

For best results, we recommend using Poorboy’s Clay Bar in conjunction with Poorboy’s Spray & Wipe, although other suitable lubricants such as Blackfire Clay Lubricant or Meguiar’s Last Touch may also be used.
