Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection is one of those products that we've known about for ages, yet never got round to testing until recently. And what a mistake that was, because it's actually very good! Dead easy to apply, it delivers a mind blowing finish characterised by pin-sharp reflectivity and a liquid-like level of glossiness that's right up there with good quality carnauba waxes. Like most synthetic sealants, it falls down a little bit in terms of richness and beading strength, but more than makes up for this in terms of slickness and durability; our initial tests have confirmed a lifespan of between three to four months per application on a daily driver. In terms of suitability, it looks brilliant on mid-tone metallic and pearlescent finishes, although in truth you won't be disappointed on any colour. Also worth pointing out is that it's a great option for cars with soft paint, as the ease with which it goes on and buffs off minimises the risk of inflicting fresh marring.
Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection is Menzerna's first pure sealant that will give your paint a deep shine and valuable protection. The polymers tightly link together during the curing process to form an invisible barrier against all kinds of contaminants, including rainfall, road grime, bug splatter, brake dust and industrial fallout. Because fewer contaminants adhere to surfaces protected with Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection, cleaning your vehicle becomes easier and safer as a result. Furthermore, it also produces an amazing shine that makes any colour paint look amazing. Unlike many other sealants, it doesn't exhibit an artificial plastic-like look, rather a deep wet gloss that rivals carnauba waxes, and is extremely easy to apply and buff off. Try using Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection on your car and discover why the Menzerna brand name is so highly regarded!
Menzerna Power Lock Ultimate Protection should be applied by hand. For best results, apply it to freshly polished paint using a Blackfire Ultimate Applicator Pad (try to avoid getting it on unpainted trims, but if you do be sure to wipe it off straight away, otherwise staining may occur). Only 2-3 pea-sized drops of product are required per panel, and these should be applied as thinly and evenly as possible to produce a film that should then be left to cure for up to 15 minutes. Once hazed over, this film should then be buffed off carefully using a PB Deluxe Buffing Towel.
