Meguiar's Super Degreaser

Meguiar's Super Degreaser is another must have product that is used during virtually every single detail we perform. In our opinion, it is unbeatable for intensive cleaning of neglected wheel arches, engine bays and undercarriage areas, and also makes short work of deep cleaning tyres suffering from significant surface browning. Our only caveat is that care should always be taken to avoid letting it dry out fully before it is rinsed off, otherwise permanent stains may appear on treated surfaces. In short, as long as it is used with a degree of care and at the recommended dilution ratios, Meguiar's Super Degreaser is an excellent intensive cleaning product, and one that we happily recommend to enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Meguiar’s Super Degreaser is a highly concentrated degreaser, and should thus be diluted to an appropriate strength before use. For light degreasing duties it should be diluted 10:1 (water:product), while for intensive degreasing duties it should be diluted 4:1 (water:product). In all cases, an appropriately diluted solution should be sprayed on directly and then agitated thoroughly with suitable detailing brushes before being thoroughly rinsed off. Ensure that you never allow Meguiar’s Super Degreaser to dry out fully before it is rinsed off, otherwise permanent staining may occur.
