Gloss It One Step Machine Gloss
If you are a professional valeter or detailer offering services aimed squarely at the daily driver market, then Gloss It One Step Machine Gloss offers distinct advantages in cases where customers request a reasonable degree of paint correction but are unwilling to pay for a time consuming multi-stage polishing process. In a single attempt per panel, it will typically enable you to correct around 75% of any minor paint defects present, and at the same time lay down a coat of synthetic sealant protection that will last for up to two months at a time. Okay, so neither figure is much to jump up and down about, but for general enhancement duties it does perform very well, and will save you time and money. Well worth bearing in mind!
Gloss It One Step Machine Gloss comprises a unique blend of precision-milled diminishing mico-abrasives and strong solvent-based cleaning agents suspended in a water-based emulsion, and also contains the same nano-synthetic advanced polymer (NSAP) found in Gloss It Gloss Finish. As a result, it cuts paint back both physically and chemically, and adds a layer of synthetic protection that lasts for up to two months at a time. Ideal for professional valeters and detailers, this product offers distinct advantages in cases where customers request a reasonable degree of paint correction but are unwilling to pay for a time consuming multi-stage process.
Gloss It One Step Machine Gloss should only be applied by machine. For best results using a dual action polisher, it should be applied to freshly clayed paint using a Gloss It 145 mm Light Cut Pad. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18” x 18” area, and these should be worked in thoroughly at around 4000-5000 orbits per minute (speed 4-5 on most dual action machine polishers) until only a thin film remains. This film should then be buffed off carefully using a Poorboy’s Super Thick & Plush Towel. For best results using a rotary polisher, Gloss It One Step Machine Gloss should be applied to freshly clayed paint using a Gloss It 145 mm Polishing Pad. Only 1-2 pea-sized drops of product are required per 18” x 18” area, and these should be worked in thoroughly at around 1500-2000 revolutions per minute (speed 3-4 on most rotary polishers) using the zenith method until only a thin film remains. This film should then be buffed off carefully using a Poorboy’s Super Thick & Plush Towel.
