Eye Of The Storm
The work of photographer Tim Wallace is often described as dramatic and conceptual, and is highly regarded within both the commercial photography and advertising industries. Indeed, Tim's unique style and ability to precisely capture the essence of his subjects has recently resulted in him being named as one of ten most influential photographers in the world today. We are delighted to be working with him on an ongoing project to capture the essence of detailing and showcase the work that we do.
All of our supercar prints are printed photographically by vastly experienced colour technicians, to full exhibition quality standards using a state of the art Cymbolic Sciences LightJet 5000 wide format digital printer. We do not use inkjet technology. Rather, the digital file is exposed onto professional quality photographic paper using RGB lasers. We use matt finish Fujicolour Crystal Archive Professional photographic paper in order to achieve optimum results in terms of quality and longevity, and to enable direct contact with framing glass without risk of Newton's Rings or wet spots appearing.
For the ultimate in display quality, we also offer the option of upgrading to Fujiflex Crystal Archive Supergloss. This is an ultra durable polyester-based print material with an incredibly smooth high gloss finish. The combination of the massive effective resolution of the LightJet 5000 printer (over 4000 dpi) and the smoothness of the Fujiflex material produces vibrant, high-definition, display prints that are sharp and clear from edge to edge with no pixelation and amazing levels of detail and colour saturation (please note that Fujiflex prints should not be allowed to come into direct contact with framing glass).
Framing is a very personal affair, dependent upon many factors such as personal taste, existing decor, wall type, etc. Because of this, we have decided not to offer any kind of framing service whatsoever. Instead, your print will be gently rolled and sent to you in a sturdy cardboard tube, allowing you to visit your local framing specialist or browse online at your leisure. Please note that because all of our supercar prints are printed to order, you should allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the time of placing your order.
