Carlack Acrylic Kit
This kit comprises...
1 x Carlack Long Life (500 ml)
1 x Carlack Fast Detailer (500 ml)
2 x Meguiar's Even Coat Microfiber Applicator Pads
...and offers a 10% saving compared to buying the contents separately.
Carlack Complete should be applied to freshly decontaminated paint using one of the supplied Meguiar's Even Coat Microfiber Applicator Pads. Only 3-4 pea-sized drops of product are required per panel, and these should be wiped in as firmly and evenly as possible to produce a film that should then be allowed to dry fully (out of direct sunlight). Once completely dry and hazed over, this film should then be buffed off carefully using the supplied PB Super Buffing Towel (if the film proves difficult to remove at first, lightly mist it with Carlack Fast Detailer and continue buffing).
Step 2- Carlack Long Life
Carlack Long Life should be applied using one of the supplied Meguiar's Even Coat Microfiber Applicator Pads. Only 2-3 pea-sized drops of product are required per panel, and these should be wiped on thinly and evenly to form a hazy looking film that should be buffed off immediately using the supplied PB Deluxe Buffing Towel (if the film starts to dry out and proves difficult to remove, lightly mist it with Carlack Fast Detailer and continue buffing). If you wish, you can apply multiple coats in quick succession, as long as you leave 30 minutes between each one.
Step 3 – Carlack Fast Detailer
For best results, lightly mist Carlack Fast Detailer over a single panel at a time and immediately wipe the panel down to spread a thin, even film of product using the supplied PB Luxury Buffing Towel. Then refold your towel, and buff the panel down carefully to fully remove the film and reveal an intense streak-free shine.
Care instructions for applicators and towels
(i) wash after each use in a washing machine at a low temperature (40°C) using a non-biological liquid detergent (avoid soap powders and detergents containing bleach or fabric softeners); (ii) allow to dry naturally on a line or tumble dry on a cool heat setting (avoid radiators and other sources of high heat), and; (iii) store in a dry, dust-free environment while not in use (lidded plastic storage boxes are ideal in this respect).
