Blackfire All Metal Sealant is without any shadow of doubt the best synthetic metal sealant on the market today, and is used frequently in our studio to protect freshly polished exhaust tips and metal trims. Incredibly easy to apply by hand or dual action machine, it delivers a jaw dropping level of protection that is able to withstand the worst of the British elements for many months at a time. Furthermore, its excellent durability and ability to withstand extreme levels of heat also makes it ideal for use as a sealant on all types of wheels, including billet aluminium, chrome plated, polished, anodised, painted and clearcoated rims. We have been using Blackfire All Metal Sealant in this role for a long time now, and no other wheel sealant we know of performs anywhere near as well. In summary, Blackfire All Metal Sealant is an incredible product that adds bombproof protection to polished metal surfaces and rims, and comes highly recommended.

Blackfire All Metal Sealant is synthetic polymer-based sealant that is designed to protect highly polished bare metal surfaces against the harmful effects of brake dust, road salt, bug splatter and UV radiation. It does this by laying down an ultra-slick coating of crystal super-polymers fortified with Polycharger technology (Polycharger is a chemical additive that actively bonds protective polymers together during the curing process to create a polymer barrier with greatly enhanced durability), and forms a highly durable transparent acrylic skin over such surfaces. Blackfire Wet Diamond All Metal Sealant wipes on and off very easily, offers a very high level of protection and water repellency (even on surfaces subject to extreme heat), and typically gives up to four months of protection on exposed surfaces following a single application.

Blackfire All Metal Sealant can be applied equally well by hand or dual action machine. For best results by hand, it should be applied to freshly polished metal surfaces using a Blackfire Ultimate Applicator Pad. Only a single drop of product is usually required per area to be treated, and this should be applied as thinly and evenly as possible to produce a film that should then be allowed to cure for up to 15 minutes. Once hazed over, this film should then be buffed off carefully using an Atomiza Microfibre Work Towel. For best results using a dual action polisher, Blackfire All Metal Sealant should be applied to freshly polished metal surfaces using a Lake Country 140 mm Finishing Pad. Only a single drop of product is usually required per area to be treated, and this should be worked in thoroughly at around 3000-4000 orbits per minute (speed 3-4 on most dual action machine polishers) until only a thin film remains. After being allowed to haze over for up to 15 minutes, this film should then be buffed off carefully using an Atomiza Microfibre Work Towel.
